By using the “Order Ping X” application (the “App”), you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. This license is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Bismit Maciej Bis. You acknowledge that this Agreement does not convey or grant you any ownership rights to the App or any related content.

User Responsibilities

• Appropriate Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the App Store.
• Data Management: You are responsible for managing your data, including backing up and securing sensitive information.
• Updates: We may provide updates, enhancements, or fixes to the App from time to time. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the latest version of the App.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Redistribute or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates the rights of others or disrupts or damages systems, networks, or services.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bismit Maciej Bis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or in connection with your use of the App.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available within the App or on our website, for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to any breach of these terms or the App Store Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App in your possession.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
