To get started with the Order Ping X Premium, download the free version from the App Store.
After installation, you can upgrade to the premium plan directly from the app, with no additional download required.
Is there a limit to the number of orders and stores?
Yes, due to WooCommerce REST API limitations and for optimal memory usage, the app can only parse up to 1000 ongoing orders for each connected store.
Furthermore, in the free version, you can connect only to one WooCommerce store. The premium version allows to connect up to 25 stores.
Why can’t I see completed orders?
Where can I download the app?
Does the app support platforms other than WooCommerce?
Currently, our app is designed specifically for WooCommerce stores. We have focused on providing the best possible experience for WooCommerce store owners.
While we cannot provide specific update dates for upcoming integrations, we are planning to include support for additional popular e-commerce platforms in the future.
Can I upgrade from the free version to the premium version?
Is there a trial period for the premium version?
How does the app ensure data privacy?
Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. Unlike email notifications delivered to external servers used by services like Gmail or Hotmail, this app was designed to work without intermediary servers.
The application does not use any intermediate servers and does not send any of your data to other parties. It simply parses the orders’ data directly from your WooCommerce store(s) and caches it locally on your drive.
